RC Model store was already great but now they have moved in to their new, larger, premises things are even better! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff oversee a huge range of RC Cars, parts, tools, paints and accessories. Really well worth a visit! The only thing to watch out for is the car park. If you are going to be at the store for more than an hour make sure you get your vehicle registration recorded in-store or you could find yourself with an expensive private parking ticket! Check the signs on site for more info.

Today ( 8th July 2023 ) checked the store details, says open Saturdays until 5pm, drove to the store to find it closed, the windows are now blacked out and the website link from here no longer works..... is this store still in business??? - UPDATE ( 08/08/2023 ) - the website is back !

Avoid. One of the worst interactions I've ever had with an online shop. Over 7 weeks waiting on my order. Emailed them, used their website messaging, phoned them twice. Zero response each time. Eventually requested a refund via PayPal. I have no idea how they can continue to run a business when they ignore their customers like this.

I placed an order nealry 3 weeks ago, it didn't mention anywhere that the stick was only supplier stock. I'm still waiting for my items. I've tried to call the store numerous times, I e contacted them via their own website and WhatsApp. So far I've had zero contact in any way and still don't have my batteries. I won't use them again, they seem to take your money and then that's it! I have contacted PayPal for a refund as I'm sure, just as everyone else, I won't get a reply, a refund or my items from them. Please avoid using them as it's a woeful experience so far.

It appears my experience is similar to the other reviews here. Ordered over a week ago and still waiting. Contacted via email and whtsapp but no response at all. Really wish I had just gone with the usual big names like modelsport. If I wanted to wait for weeks I would have ordered from Hong Kong!

Unfortunately I am singing the same song as everyone else. Ordered items and currently waited almost two weeks with no delivery. Ignoring call, messages and now I will be receiving cost via PayPal. I made contact via the WhatsApp messaging and toy surprise had an answer within just a few minutes. I was over the moon with such service. Unfortunately that's where it ends. I made my purchase and since then the store has gone dark on me. Im just glad it's was only a couple of quid and not hundreds that I'm out of pocket. Please consider these reviews before purchasing online or expecting items to be posted out to you. Avoid them! Edit: items now recieved. Regardless, I would certainly not recommend using this outlet for online purchasing. Far too long to ship items and terrible after sales care.

Honest review from Business to Business. Purchased £300's worth of items from this store. Four days later called and asked where they were? Instantly told they would be with me that day which was strange. Ten days later still not arrived. Called the store around 20 times over a period of five days and left voice messages. No answer or response. Emailed many times. No response. These items I needed to re-sell on to my customers of which I have now let my customers down. For the first time ever I have had to do a charge-back with my bank to get my money back. This isn't a company, just a bunch of jokers. Avoid.
