I called my breakdown recovery agent at 13.00 and they allocated me this company stotfold to come out to me to repair my vehicle. I waited and waited contacting regularly on the hour yet they kept delaying the arrival time on writing this I am 7 hrs and still waiting I have had to phone my customer to advise on my work for her, she is 92 and I was supposed to do her flat removal today now I have just had to let her down and delay until 9.30 pm we are both upset about the situation all caused by this company Then my recovery partner had enough so they went to another provider well here’s when the fun started. The new provider arrived at the same time as Stotford, there turnaround time was an 1hr stotfold was 8 hrs! The stotfold man was struggling to get the tyre out of the cradle and just could not do it, the two young lads from the new provider then took over and did all the work and got the tyre sorted with stotfold holding the torch I am writing this having just finished my work at 3am in the morning due to their very poor service and having to give my customer the work for free This company is useless and I would not recommend anyone use their services and if i could give zero stars then i would. Avoid like the plague if I ran my business like this I would NOT be in business

5 stars given to Milo, Saunders recovery driver, for his excellent professional service. I soon forgot about waiting over 4 hours in the freezing cold yesterday, obviously due to Saunders busy schedule or lack of recovery drivers.

After three frustrating days dealing with the RAC my car was finally recovered by Saunders and will be delivered to the specified garage for repair. Thank you all so much but particularly Estelle. Chris

AA left us stranded for 4 hours, and finally sent to us Saunders. Helpful, friendly and very professional service. Should have called them in the first place instead of wasting time with AA.

We had broken down in Letchworth, 270 miles from home! Very, very stressful! Lovely service from the mechanic who came and he could’ve quite easily told us and charged us for anything and everything…but he didn’t! It was a simple fix and we got home safe and sound! (Even though my husband switched the car off when we stopped halfway home!) Thank you so much for the service you gave but more importantly your honesty!

Witnessed one of their drivers (darren) hit my parked van and had to follow him to get his information. He completely denied it and said it couldn't have been him as he has never hit anyone in his life even though I have a witness. I then phoned the company and spoke to Debby who was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not let me finish a sentence. She made every excuse she could think of before even seeingany evidence. I will be sending her the photos, witness statements and evidence as requested but don't hold much hope for a company with that sort of attitude. I will wait and see what happens and update.

Car broke down recently obviously stressful time for anyone. A members of Saunders came out to me around 10pm lovely guy reassured me my car would be safe over the week at the compound quick and easy on to the back of truck.

Had my van brake down in a very awkward place on the road. But it was no trouble for Saunders who arrived promptly and collected the vehicle, even went the extra mile to drop the vehicle off in my yard right in the corner. Both the driver and the telephonist that booked the job were polite and professional.

It have a very horrible service and work ethic’s I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to use this company if you don’t want to lose your money, because what happen to me was they charge me for their service and when they couldn’t fix it they turn around and said: actually we can’t help you so unfortunately you need to pay for another £100 to tow the car for you or you just need to find someone else to do it. Then I said but you didn’t do what you came to do yet , you can’t just come and look for 2min and tell me you want more money. You won’t believe their answer, they said THIS HOW THE WORLD WORKS, so we leave up to you decide. So please don’t make the same mistake that I did , go find yourself a better and decent place, do some more research on the companies around you.
